Introduced the MES system for data collection

Around five years ago, HOPAX introduced the MES system for data collection, integration, analysis. Even though the system is capable of integrating much more data, half of the data still manually input and problems with incorrect or invalid data still persist.

Proposed the “lean production” concept

In 2017, the President Office proposed the “lean production” concept and, baded on this concept, the “Smart Automation integration Project” has been developed and being implemented at HOPAX. Smart Automation can help to optimize the production process, reduce seven types of resource waste, and prevent invalid MES data for all tha data will be automatically generated. With smart automation, lean production will be realized to create more benefits for the company.
