Description

Uses of ZPS

Hopax is a manufacturer and supplier of ZPS (CAS 49625-94-7), a brightening agent used for copper electroplating. Copper layers deposited with ZPS are very bright, levelled and ductile.

ZPS is used in copper plating in different industries - such as automotive parts and semiconductors. Copper baths have different goals including changing appearance, enhancing electrical conductivity or preventing corrosion. ZPS can be also used for plating precious metals.

Besides ZPS, Hopax also manufactures other additives for copper plating, such as SPS, DPS and MPS.
