New Countermeasure for QA efforts
Even though our clients canceled their audit trips because of the travel ban, we still conducted an audit simulation to ensure the best quality of our services and products for them. Luke, our QA specialist from the USA, was specially invited for this audit simulation to inspect ort production procedures, QC measures, and other operational matters from the perspective of our international clients. Through this simulation, several issues in our SOP implementation were detected and corrected such as the lack of timely documentation updating and the unfamiliarity with SOP procedures among new employees.
