您不可不知！HEPES使用注意事項

HEPES粉體本身耐高溫，其熔點可達200° C，如使用前需對粉體進行高壓滅菌，HEPES並不會因此產生降解的情形。相關文獻指出，若將HEPES水溶液暴露於環境光下三小時，會產生具有細胞毒性的過氧化氫(H2O2)，故應注意將HEPES水溶液避光保存，以免影響實驗結果。
