Uses of MPS

Hopax is a manufacturer and supplier of MPS (CAS 17636-10-1), a brightening agent used for copper electroplating. Copper layers deposited with MPS are very bright, levelled and ductile.

MPS (CAS 17636-10-1) acts as a metal ion chelating agent, and is also used for nanometal powders dispersing.  MPS (CAS 17636-10-1) is used in copper plating in different industries - such as automotive parts and semiconductors. Copper baths have different goals including  changing appearance, enhancing electrical conductivity, or preventing corrosion.

Besides MPS (CAS 17636-10-1), Hopax also manufactures other additives for copper plating, such as SPS, DPS and ZPS.
