How to order?
1) Select all the products and quantities you would like to order and click on “Add to cart”. If the product you are interested is available only in bulk quantities, click on "Request a Quotation".
2) The cart is displayed in the top right side of the page. After confirming the products, quantities and price, click on “Checkout”.
3) Check your order information and click on “Checkout”.
4) Write down the buyer and shipping information. Click on “Continue”.
5) You will see a message confirming the order. The next step is payment.
How to pay?
After confirming the order, you will receive an email with your invoice and the instructions to make your payment.
Payment method: bank transfer
Import fees: the customer must pay these fees directly to the delivery company (DHL) when receiving the product. Click here to check the average import fees in your country.
When will you receive the product?
The product will be prepared for air shipment as soon as Hopax receives the payment confirmation. You will be notified via email of payment receipt.
