Hopax is a manufacturer and supplier of TES (CAS 7365-44-8), a zwitterionic biological buffer often used as a buffering agent in biological and biochemical research.

Uses of TES Buffer:

  • As a cell wash buffer and in solutions for DNA precipitation and extraction.
  • As an enzyme assay buffer.
  • Used in gel filtration and affinity chromatography.
  • In personal care and cosmetics applications, TES can protect the active ingredients of the formulations against degradation.
